This model defines the structure for events triggered when communication is established through sms, email and WhatsApp.

Available Events

communication.sms.send - Triggered when a sms is sent to a customer

communication.email.send - Triggered when a email is sent to a customer

communication.whatsapp.send - Triggered when a whatsApp message is sent to a customer

Asynchronous Events - All communication events are processed in the background.
