Troubleshooting

If something isn't working as expected, the table below covers the most common issues and how to fix them. If you're still stuck after trying these, reach out to the Salla Developers Community on Telegram.

Common Issues

Symptom	Fix
Tools don't appear in the agent	Check your MCP connection. Claude Code: run `/mcp`. Cursor: go to Settings → MCP. Confirm the server URL is `https://partners.mcp.salla.dev`.
Session expired	The partner token lasts around 14 days. Re-authorize via your client's MCP login. See Authorization for steps per client.
A tool is unknown or disabled	Some tools are server-gated and require specific services to be enabled on your partner account. Contact your Salla admin if a tool isn't available.
A skill isn't triggering	Name the skill explicitly in your prompt, or re-run the plugin install to make sure skills are up to date.
Skills work but the agent can't take any actions	Skills work offline as a read-only reference. You need the Partners MCP connected for the agent to act on the Portal. See Connect MCP.
